Singapore Local Delivery

All orders are inclusive of normal mailing within Singapore unless otherwise stated in individual product description. We will inform you when item has been mailed in the letter box, but this is untracked and aNERDstore will not be held responsible for any loss/damage of parcel during transit. 

Purchases $100 and above entitle you to a tracked local delivery. You will be given a delivery tracking number upon request.

International Order

We ship worldwide from Singapore. So we can recommend the best delivery options for you, please contact us before completing your order. Reach us here.

Please note that any delivery charges we quote do not include any customs or import duty that may be charged at the country destination. These charges may be payable by the recipient of the parcel prior to arrival. We are not responsible for any customs or import duty charges. To avoid any unexpected additional costs, we highly recommend that you contact your local customs office for information on these charges before ordering.


Cancellations, Returns, Exchange… and Carbon Footprints

Due to the handmade nature of our fabrics, there may be slight discolourations or imperfections on the fabric or the stitch. These imperfections add to the authentic nature of the textile and are not considered flaws but rather a representation of the textile's vintage history.

General notes about online orders:

  • Colour on screen may slightly differ from the actual colour on physical goods. 
  • No returns or exchange on sale items. We do not accept returns of any item with visible signs of wear.
  • We check the quality of items before they go out to you. If a noticeable flaw is found on any of your items, we will contact you before delivering the product.
  • If an item is returned and cannot be resold, we will Reinforce/Repair/Reform/Reinvent/Repurpose said item. If any of these 5Rs is an option for you, please tell us so we can reduce carbon footprints together.
  • Certain products carry specific terms stated in the product description. Should there be any discrepancy between the terms stated here and in the product description, the terms specified in the product description will prevail.

Having said that, here are your options if you need to:

Cancel

If you made a mistake, you will be able to cancel your order within 24 hours of receiving an email from us acknowledging receipt of your order. If you opt for this, please ensure you follow the instructions provided and allow us 3-5 working days to process the cancellation accordingly.


Return / Exchange

Your purchase helps at least a few makers involved every step of the way, so we really hope you love it. However, if you need to return your item, we will accept exchange and returns provided the following:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days.
  • Items be in the original condition that you received them, i.e. they must not be worn, altered, or washed (including, but not limited to perfume or cigarette smells, rips, tears, stains, bent or damaged product tags).
  •  All returns will be inspected upon receipt and any item(s) in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you. If your items show signs of wear, your refund will be considered void.
  • Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • Sale items may not be returned or exchanged.
  • The shipping cost back to us will be incurred by the purchaser and will not be refunded except when a product is faulty.

We will only proceed with the refund when we have received your item(s). We'll get in touch with you once your return has been received and processed. 

NOTE: Some products cannot be refunded for hygiene reasons. This will be stipulated in the product description. Thank you for understanding.
